Meetings

The CPF (both the Sector CPF’s and Verulam CPF) holds meetings once a month except in December.

The meetings are the place where information is shared. This is the place where all incidents are brought to the attention of SAPS and feedback is given by SAPS. This is the place where area reps can highlight their concerns and make suggestions to SAPS. This is the place where SAPS informs the reps of its projects and plans. However, not all plans are shared with the reps to prevent some operations from getting jeopardized. 

Minutes are taken at these meetings and the minutes go up the channels to the respective heads of departments for action.
